How to Cancel Membership or Sponsorship

“We exist to help as many cats feel safe and happy as possible. We do this by uniting cat lovers in celebration of Everything Cat with our tee shirts, sponsoring rescue cats, and through our tribe of cat lovers we bring awareness to issues affecting our feline friends.”

  • We believe cats should be able to live free of fear, pain, and suffering.
  • We believe the best way to do this is to join together cat lovers in a like-minded tribe.
  • We believe that our tribe celebrating everything feline brings the mission to others and grow the organization, fulfilling its mission.

How to Cancel Membership or Sponsorship

If you wish to cancel your membership or sponsorship, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at felix@catbandit.com with your cancellation request.

  2. Our customer support personnel will process your cancellation and inform you via email once it's complete.

  3. If you are a monthly member, please be aware that we send free shirts quarterly. Once you canceled, free shirts are automatically canceled as well.

Cancelling and Requesting a Refund for Your Order:

If you wish to cancel your membership or sponsorship and also request a refund, please follow these steps:

For Orders with No Shipped Shirt: (For Sponsors only)

  1. Email us at felix@catbandit.com with your cancellation and refund request.

  2. Our customer support team will respond to you via email.

  3. We ensure that no shirt has been sent yet, as our shirts ship quickly after you make an order via our shopify website.

  4. If a shirt has not been sent, please note that our system cannot process partial refunds. Instead, we will refund the entire order amount (for example, $31.99, meaning sponsorship of $25 plus $6.99 shipping fee) and then create a new transaction billing $25 as a one-time charge for the cat rescue. This means you will be refunded the shipping fee.

For Orders with Shipped Shirt: (For Members and Sponsors)

  1. If a shirt has already been shipped, please understand that issuing a refund would reduce the amount available for cat rescues. We've already sent your sponsorships to rescue cats and dispatched t-shirts on your behalf.
  2. We understand that you may still insist on a refund. In such cases, we can process a minimal refund.

Please be aware that while the funds leave our bank account immediately, the time it takes to appear back in your account depends on your bank's policies. It can be the same day, or it may take several days. Unfortunately, we have no control over this process.

We want to emphasize that once we've sent the sponsorship and membership funds and t-shirts, it's challenging for us to retrieve that money, and we won't be able to issue a full refund.

Cancellations on the Same Day of Purchase:

  1. For customers who request to cancel their sponsorship or memberships on the same day of purchase, meaning no shirt has been ordered yet, we can offer a refund right away.
  2. This offer of a refund is applicable only for those who cancel on the same day the payment was made.This policy is in place to minimize the number of credit card disputes.
